Shipping policy

We offer USPS first class or priority shipping options, as well as expedited UPS 2 day and international shipping. Please select your priority shipping speed at checkout.

We strive to ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.  Our warehouse is located on the East Coast.

***If an item is marked "Pre-Order" please note the estimated ship date in the description.  Preorders are all first-come first serve and we cannot hold items without an order.

***All sale items are final sale.

If there is something that you urgently need, make sure to send us an email with your order number to hello@saltandumber.com and we will do our best.

A note about fit: Most of our styles fit true-to size, but you may notice that when you first try on your size it may hug your foot snugly. This is the sign of a good fit (unless it is uncomfortable!) Our leather footwear should feel very form-fitting, almost like it is "hugging" your foot- within a couple of wears, the leather will slightly stretch and mold to the shape of your foot.  If the fit is uncomfortable or incorrect, or you are unhappy with the style, please email us at orders@saltandumber.com and we will provide you a store credit or an exchange for a different size or style! Please note items must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

We know you are going to love your new salts! All of our shoes are handmade, with premium leathers or fabrics and components for a comfortable fit.  Due to the handmade nature of our footwear, unique yet subtle and beautiful natural variations may occur and we hope they are embraced.
