Shipping + Returns + Fit

 Thank you for supporting our small business! We are so thankful to have customers who care about people and the planet as much as we do.  Here is some helpful information about how we ship and our return and exchange policy. 

Shipping Info

We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of the order being placed, and we ship from our East Coast USA warehouse.

We offer a variety of shipping options that are available for you to choose upon check-out, which will show you the approximate transit time for your shipment. Please note we are not in control of transit time once the package has left our warehouse.

When Free shipping promotions are available, they are for USPS first class mail and are only valid for USA based shipping addresses.

You still have the option at checkout to upgrade your shipping to a faster service if desired.

If there is something that you urgently need or if you have any questions,  make sure to send us an email with your order # in the subject, and we will do our to expedite our processing time:


International Shipments (outside of USA) :

If you are shipping outside of the USA, we suggest choosing international UPS or DHL options, as they are the fastest and most reliable. If standard USPS international is chosen, we are not held responsible for any delays in transit.

Duty/Taxes for all international orders are the responsibility of the customer/receiver which varies by country (we are not in control over these fees).  If you reject a package due to unwillingness to accept these duties, we are unable to refund you.


Return Policy (updated July 13, 2023)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely thrilled with your new salts!  Returns can be made within our self-service return portal and must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.  A $10 return label fee and 10% restocking fee applies to all full-refunds.  Please login to your account to start your return.

If you prefer to exhange for a different item or size, please email us with your order #   so we can help process for you!

If you are based outside of the USA- all duties and taxes are estimated and the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot reimburse any duties incurred. Return shipping for items being returned from outside of the USA is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Insurance (no restock fee)

At checkout, you have the option to purchase SEEL return assurance. If you are unsure about your purchase please use that option so that you can get a full refund and process your return through SEEL. Click here for information on how SEEL works.


A note about fit:

 Most of our styles fit true-to size, but you may notice that when you first try on your size it may hug your foot snugly. This is the sign of a good fit (unless it is uncomfortable!) Our leather footwear should feel very form-fitting, almost like it is "hugging" your foot- within a couple of wears, the leather will slightly stretch and mold to the shape of your foot.  If the fit is uncomfortable or incorrect, or you are unhappy with the stye, please email us within 30 days with your order # and we will provide you a store credit or an exchange for a different size or style!

We know you are going to love your new salts! All of our shoes are handmade, with premium leathers or fabrics and components for a comfortable fit.  Due to the handmade nature of our footwear, unique yet subtle and beautiful natural variations may occur and we hope they are embraced.
